With all the upheaval the last six months -- remodeling our studio, evacuating for a hurricane, sending my son off to college, and dealing with the day-to-day pressures of running a rapidly growing business, I am so grateful to have yoga in my life. And so grateful to have Colleen and Deb creating such a dynamic program at BodybyBarre. I'm getting the same feedback from many of you who sweat it out with Colleen in her Vinyasa Flow class--a powerful, energizing and yet calming class. Deb's class is the perfect tonic after a long, hard week. And for weekend warriors, it's great post-barre; we've scheduled Gentle Yoga on the heels of weekend barre classes, giving you the option to do both. Her class compliments the hard glute and ab-busting work we do. 

If you are yoga-reluctant, give it a try. I was slow coming to yoga, too. As a working mother of three, if I could squeeze in a workout, I wanted to make sure I was getting a sweat on and burning calories. You'll definitely get a workout in our power Vinyasa class.
