You Look FABulous!!

I wish we had 3D mirrors on the wall, then you'd see what we see while you are burning it at the barre -- tight tushes, long, lean legs and sexy back and arm muscles.  So many of you have mastered neutral spine and good barre posture! Leg lifts this week were something out of a chorus line. Barre is NOT complicated; keep those abs tight, avoid duck butt and listen to your body. It's that simple

We've been remiss at taking first-time visit client pics, but the results we are seeing are dramatic. Jenny L -- your biceps and arm muscles look so sculpted; Glynnis, your arabesque legs are in perfect form. Olga -- haven't seen anyone progress or get so dedicated so quickly! Keep up the great work. Dana O -- so good to have you back. Dorothy R -- don't know how you manage to make it here 5 days a week caring for your elderly mother and sick husband. And Tina "the Queen" R, congrats on 200 classes! This is why we do what we do -- to see you amazing women everyday and share in your success.

Having said that, we all fall off the exercise wagon now and again. No shame in that. Come back MIA's -- no judgement, we'll just give you a big, old hug. And then kick your butt!!
