Planksgiving on Thanksgiving, 8:30 am, Thursday, November 28

Before the turkey and fixings, join us at our Venice, Florida fitness studio for the annual Planksgiving class.  We’ll be working on our form through November, culminating with a plank-a-thon to see how long we can plank. It’s a great, energizing class that brings in people from Englewood, the West Villages, Nokomis and throughout the Venice area to burn it before the big feast. Register now to make sure you have a spot. It's our only class on Thanksgiving.

 

Buti Yoga Glow Night 7 pm, Friday, November 15

Take fluorescent body paint and leggings, black lights and Buti, a cardio-intensive tribal dance-meets-yoga class, and you have the perfect makings of a fun night with friends. We had such a fabulous turnout for our first Glow Night Halloween party that we’ve decided to host a Buti Glow class once a month!

Arrive at 6:30 pm to get your body accessorized with glow-in-the-dark body paint (or do it at home yourself) and get ready for a 7 pm Buti class led by instructors Addie French and Michelle Milazzo. These high-energy Buti’s will lead you through primal dance moves, flowing asanas and plyometrics. Register now.
